W. T. Whitmore, of El Paso, Illinois, has just received a verdict of $3,125 against the Illinois Central Railroad Company, in the Woodford Count y Circuit Court. The plaintiff was put off the cars and kicked by the conductor, on account of some dispute about his ticket.
