A YOUNG RUNAWAY--Charles Loveland, a young lad of sixteen, of
Morrisville, ran away from home on Thursday last. He borrowed $5.25 at
Gilbert's store on his father's account, hired a team at the Morrisville
House, and drove to Waterbury, in company with another boy, when he got
on to the train just leaving for Burlington, and has not been heard from
since. His parents think it best to let the young man try the realities
of life a while, thinking, like the prodigal of old, he will soon came
back again.
