WEDDING AT WALLINGFORD.
The marriage of Mr. Samuel Allen of New Florence, Missouri, and Miss
Josephine Waldo, was solemnized on Monday morning, at the residence of
Homer Waldo in Wallingford, Rev. W. J. Harris, D. D., rector of Trinity
church, Rutland, gracefully performing the ceremony in accordance with
the ritual of the Episcopal church.
The bridegroom is a son of Lampson Allen, a former resident of Tinmouth,
and who is among the largest farmers in Missouri, cultivating the broad
acres of the West with great pecuniary success. The bride is a daughter
of the late Spencer Waldo of Tinmouth, and a sister of Hon. A. B. Waldo
of Port Henry, N.Y., and of Loren S. and Homer Waldo of Wallingford.
