Negro Caught Stealing
Henry Johnson, colored, was caught stealing goods from the Haik store on Pleasant Hill Thursday morning and despite the fact that Johnson is a husky six footer Tafft Haik overpowered him and turned the negro over to the police. He was given sixty days on the city streets.
