Corruption in Canada Too
-------
TORONTO, Dec. 27.The long drawn out proceedings of the civic boodle investigation have just closed. The charge of corruption is made against Aldermen Bailey, Hewett and Stewart, and against ex-Aldermen Hall, Verratt, Maloney and Small, and Secretary Treasurer Grace of the Toronto Street Railway Company. Hewett and Maloney have already fled the country, and will probably never return.
