Killed His Brother-in-Law
RALEIGH, Jan. 4.—In Iredell County, Henry Davis and his son-in-law, named Jones, had a playful wrestle. A dispute followed as Davis was worsted and he vowed vengeance. He went home, got his gun, returned to Jones’ house and shot him down. Davis was admitted to bail in only $500. Jones is dead.
