Montgomery.—There was a sad sight presented in the Recorder’s Court yesterday morning.
Three small boys were arraigned on a charge of grand larceny. There were Jim and Sam Cartledge and Walter Woodward ranging in age from 11 to 13 years of age. The evidence showed that they had been engaged in promiscuous pilfering at the camp grounds and around the city. They were bound over to the grand jury on bonds of $200 each and committed to jail.
