Adventurers Wanted

All persons who are willing to be adventurers with Alexander Murray of Stanhope, Esq., in the carrying on and working his Mines of Slate, or other mines, lying within the lands and in the Parishes of Srobo, Deumelzier, and Tweedmuire, in the Shire of Pebbles; or in his Mines of Lead within the lands of Ardnamurchan in the Parish of Island Finan in the Shire of Arygll, or in the Lead Mines of Islay and other mines, let in lease to him by and belonging to Mr. Campbell of Calder, and other gentlemen in Scotland, are hereby advertised that a more particular account of the said mines is to be seen at the shop of Mr. George Strahan, Bookseller, at the Golden Ball opposite to the Royal Exchange, where the said Alexander Murray, or persons empowered by him, are to be spoken with.
