Trustees’ sale of frame store and dwelling corner of C and Thirteenth Streets Southwest.
By virtue of a deed of trust, duly recorded in Liber No. 1520, folio 372 et seq., one of the land records for the District of Columbia and at the request of the party secured thereby, the undersigned trustees will offer for sale, by public auction, in front of the premises, on Friday, the Twenty-seventh day of October, A. D. 1893, at half-past four o’clock p.m., the following described real estate, situate in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, to wit: All that certain piece or parcel of land and premises known and distinguished as and being the west twenty-four feet one and one-half inches front on south C street by the full depth on 13th street west of original lot six )6) in square numbered two hundred and ninety-six (296). Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot and running thence east on C street twenty-four feet one and one-half inches (24 feet 1 1/2 inches), thence north sixty (60) feet to lot seven (7), thence west twenty-four feet one and one-half inches (24 feet 1 1/2 inches) to 13th street, and thence south on said street sixty (60) feet to the place of beginning, together with all the improvements, easements, herlditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
Terms of sale: The purchaser to assume a deed of trust for $3,000, due in 1895, the balance over and above this trust to be paid in cash. A deposit of $200 required upon acceptance of bid. If the terms of sale are not complied with in fifteen days from the day of sale the trustees reserve the right to resell the property at the risk and cost of the defaulting purchaser after five days’ advertisement of such resale in some newspaper published in Washington, D. C. All conveyancing and recording at the cost of the purchaser.
