Treasurer Huston Denies It
--------
WASHINGTON, Sept. 3.— Treasurer Huston has returned to Washington from a visit to his home in Indiana. He says that the rumor that he is about to resign is revived probably by Democrats who desire to make discord between the president and himself, and he added that he is too good a Republican to gratify them in that respect.
