Marriage Is Annulled.
A decree annulling the marriage of Mrs. Sarah A. SMITH and Charles B. SMITH has been signed by Justice SIDONS, of Equity Court No. 2, on the petition of Mrs. SMITH, who alleged that her husband perpetrated a fraud by concealing certain facts from her prior to their marriage. Mrs. SMITH was given permission to resume her maiden name, Sarah A. PERKINS.
