Legal Notice Probate of James Parks Will

The people of the State of New York, by the grace of God free and independent: to Nancy Hoyt of Orange, Schuyler County, N.Y.; Rebecca Anthony of Reading, Schuyler County, N.Y.; Mary Ann Clowson of Canandaigua, Ontario County, N.Y.; Sarah Stilts of Canandaigua, Ontario County, N.Y.; James Parks of Bath, Steuben County, N.Y.; Benjamin Parks of Nelson, Tioga County, Pa.; Joseph Parks of Nelson, Tioga County, Pa.; William Parks of Burlington, Boulder County, Colorado Ter.; Hellen Parks of Nelson, Tioga County, Pa., daughter of Robert Parks, deceased; Margaret Cooper of Cooper's Plains, Steuben County, N.Y., heirs at law and next of kin of James Parks, late of the town of Orange, Schuyler County, deceased, greeting:

You and each of you are hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our Surrogate of Schuyler County, at his office in Watkins, in said county, on the third day of May 1871, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of that day to attend the proof and probate of the last will and testament of said deceased, which relates to both real and personal estate, and is presented for proof by Robert S. Hughey, executor therein named, and hereof fail not.

In testimony whereof, we have caused the seal of office of our said surrogate to be hereunto affixed. Witness, George G. Freer, surrogate of said county, at Watkins, the 3d day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one. GEORGE G. FREER, Surrogate.
