Form Tennis Association To Represent District

The District Tennis Association, which will represent the District government in the Departmental Tennis League, was organized today. The following officers were elected: Thomas H. CLAFFEY, president; Hobart H. RAMSDELL, secretary and treasurer, and W. G. MacNULTY, delegate. Players will be rated and assigned to games under the direction of a playing committee, composed of Mr. CLAFFEY, S. J. McCATHRAN, and J. B. GORDON.
