ATLANTA, Oct. 16. – Senator Joseph E. Brown, to the surprise of every one, has announced his purpose of speaking at the state fair on the 23rd inst. It is intimated that he will indorse the farmers fully and advise them to select a senator as successor to himself who is in complete accord with their policy.
