At the residence of Mrs. P. HO___T, in this city, of congestion of the brain, on Thursday, the 18th instant, Mr. James ROBERDS, late of Beaufort District, South Carolina, aged about fifty years.

On the evening of the 20th instant, after a protracted illness, Mrs. Mary A. LEWIS, widow of the late Sam'l LEWIS, and daughter of the late Joseph DOVE, in the 64th year of her age. The friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral from the Foundry Church today (Wednesday,) 22d instant, at 10 o'clock a.m.
