Woman Admits Kidnaping Son of Former Banker

Waynesboro, Ga., March 26 - A woman, who gave her name as Mrs. Jane REDD was arrested after confessing she kidnaped Rovert [sp.] Allen STRIKER, four years old, the child of Mrs. W. H. RICHTER, of Brooklyn, N. Y., who disappeared from St. Petersburg, Fla., on December 12 last.
Sheriff JOHNSON and the woman left for a house about fifteen miles from here, where, she said, she had left the child.
The woman was found begging on the streets, and citizens recalled that she had been seen here last month with a small boy.

New York, March 26 - William H. RICHTER, of Brooklyn, a former banker, a week ago offered a reward of $500 for information that would lead to the recovery of his stepson, Robert Allen STRIKER, who disappeared last December when Mr. and Mrs. RICHTER were visiting his relatives in ST. Petersburg, Fla.
