On the 6th inst., Helen Burton, relict of the late Edward Burton, D.D., Regius Professor of Divinity in the University of Oxford.

On the 2nd inst., at her residence, Stanhope Street, Regent's Park, Mrs. Mary Davis, widow of the late David Davis, formerly of Jermyn Street, St. James's in the 80the year of her age.

On the 2nd inst, at Paris, Arthur Macnamara, Esq., of Caddington Hall, Herts., formerly of Langoed Castle, Brecknock, aged 66.

On the 5th inst., at Bath, John Brydges, Esq., formerly of Wells, aged 75 years.

On the 7th inst., Hugh Woodhouse Acland, Esq., only son of the late Hugh Dyke Acland, Esq., and grandson of the late Dean of Lichfield, aged 33.

On the 7th inst., at Cefnamwich, Caernarvonshire, Laura Susan Wynne, wife of Charles G. Wynne, Jr., in her 34th year.

On the 8th inst., aged 65, Jemima Brickwell, the wife of C. Brickwell, Esq., of Overthorpe Lodge, Northamptonshire.

On the 4th inst., suddenly, the Rev. Edward John Ash, rector of Brisley, near Elmham, Norfolk.

On the 6th inst., at Brandon House, aged 66, the Rev. Jonathan Tyers Barrett, D.D., of St. Peter's College, Cambridge, and Prebendary of St. Paul's.
