No Outbreak in the Indian Territory
ARKANSAS CITY, Kan., Dec. 1. Gen. T. J. Morgan, United States commissioner of Indian affairs, is in the city. He has just returned from an extended tour of the reservations of the various tribes of Indians in Indian territory, having visited the chiefs of the following tribes: The Wichitas, Apaches, Comanches, Arapahoes, Cheyennes, Caddoes, Poncas, Otoes, Missouris, Iowas, Osages and Kawas. He says the ghost dancing has closed in the territory and that there is absolutely no possibility of an outbreak.
