Died: Davis, Poore, Kinney, Anthony
Suddenly, Monday, the 17th inst, in Hanover County, Va., Samuel H. Davis, aged 24, leaving a widowed mother and several brothers and sisters to mourn their loss. We hope their loss is his eternal gain.
On the 26th ult., Ann Elizabeth Poore, in the 49th year of her age.
In Staunton, on Thursday, the 20th instant, John Chesley Kinney, son of William Kinney, Esq., in the 28th year of his age.
In Alleghany County, Va., at the residence of her grandfather, Mr. Robert Irvine, on the 10th day of August last, Miss Anna Marshall Anthony, aged 24 years. She was the eldest daughter of Mr. Samuel B., Anthony, deceased, formerly of Buchanan and granddaughter of Christopher Anthony, Esq., dec'd, formerly a distinguished lawyer of Lynchburg, Va.
