Counterfeiters Two Arrested on the Charge in Dickenson County

Osborn's Gap, Va., September 13. For some time past a mysterious stranger had been known to frequent the isolated sections of the Cumberland Mountains until a day or two since, when he was arrested upon the charge of counterfeiting and lodged in jail at Clintwood.

Upon being informed of the charge against him, he did not deny it, but accused another party, A. B. Vance, with whom he had been staying. He gave the location of the place, where he said they had been working and Vance was also taken into custody.
