It has been shown by Hon. Jno. W. Abercrombie, State Superintendent of Education, that Alabama is doing as much for the education of the negroes as any other state in the Union, and by far more than the majority of states. These facts were presented to the Northern people to the Tuskegee Normal School for negroes.—Union Springs Herald.
