A West Virginia Sensation
Wheeling, W. Va., Sept. 9.—William Delaplain, one of the most prominent men in West Virginia, has begun suit for divorce, on statutory grounds, naming ex-Gov. McCorkle and Hon. John R. Goodwin as co-respondents. Mrs. Delaplain is a granddaughter of Sinabar Wagner, one of West Virginia’s famous men, and is accounted one of the most beautiful women in the state.
