Justice of the Peace Johns has an office in the county building at Forsythe, Mo. When he entered it Saturday morning he found his books and papers had been thrown into the street. On his desk was the following notice:
"If you don't leave the county in ten days you will be lynched. (Signed) Bald-Knobbers." Mr. Johns has been an active anti-Bald-Knobber.
