Short In His Accounts.
NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 26-óW. T. Davis, who for three years has been secretary of the State Wheel, a farmers' association, has mysteriously disappeared after confessing, in a letter to officers of the organization that he was short $2,000 in his accounts and intended to commit suicide by drowning himself in the river. Davis's bond is sufficient to cover the deficit.
