THE live-pigeon shoot between Fred Gilbert, of Spirit Lake, Ia., and Frank Parmalee, of Omaha, at Watson’s park, Chicago, on the 14th, was won by Gilbert, who killed 86 out of 100 birds. Parmalee’s score was 82. The match was shot for the Dupont cup, held by Gilbert.
