C. D. MOODY was shot and fatally wounded by Gail LATTIN this morning. MOODY is shot through the body, and cannot speak. He went to LATTIN's place for a load of hay, and it is supposed that they revived a long-standing quarrel. LATTIN had MOODY arrested about a month ago for assaulting him with an ax.
