Death Claims an Old and Highly Respected
Resident of The CityŚPassed Away This Morning.
The venerable Mrs. Millie Knott died at 6:10 o'clock this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. M. Wallingford, of Carmel Street, of heart disease. She had been ill a year or so.
Mrs. Knott was born in this county eighty-one years ago last April. Most of her long life was spent in Maysville, where she enjoyed the love and esteem of all who knew her. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Wallingford, Mrs. John Bramble and Miss Huldah Knott, and one son, Albert, all of this city. Her husband, Joseph Knott, died thirty years ago.
Mrs. Knott was one of the oldest members of the Christian Church and the minister, R, E. Moss, will conduct the funeral services next Monday at 2 p. m. at Mr. and Mrs. Wallingford's home. Interment in the Maysville cemetery
