Died, at the home of her brother, John Berry, near Bowman, July 23d, Mrs. White, aged 65. She was buried at Tharpe Chapel.

Captain L. C. Brown died near here a few days ago. He leaves a wife and several children. He was buried at Mudlick Cemetery by the G. A. R.
