The Trial of Frank James
GALLATIN, Mo., Sept. 5.--Argument in the James trial progresses. Judge Hicklin opened for the State and claimed that the identification of Frank James was complete. Colonel Stover followed for the defense and argued in favor of the four men theory, showed the incompleteness of the identification, and showed up the interested motives of Dick Liddell and his accomplices, the Fords.
