Seventeen Miles of Railway to Be
Built by the New Corporation

SACRAMENTO, July 18.—Announcement was made today by T. T. C. Gregory, president of the Vallejo and Northern railroad, that within 30 days the Sacramento-Woodland railroad would commence construction. Articles of Incorporation were filed today. The company is capitalized at $1,000,000. It will construct 17 miles of road between Sacramento and Woodland. The route has been surveyed and it is estimated that the line will cost $750,000.
