Steiner Named Brigadier General
Montgomery, Ala.—Brig. Gen. R. E. Steiner of Montgomery, commander of the Dixie Division, which trained at Macon, Ga., in the war with Germany, has been designated brigadier general of the Alabama National Guard by Gov. Thomas E. Kilby.
