Samuel POCKOSVEWSKY has grown tired of the efforts of his American associates to pronounce his name and has been on the lookout for a chance to change it. The chance came when he became engaged to a Miss PARKER. Judge Thomas, on application, allowed the groom to take his wife's name and he is now the proud possesser of the handle of Samuel PARKER.
