At Fort Worth, Tex., a man named Clarence Veight, stepped into a cigar store kept by Mrs. Lizzie Swim, the other day, purchased a cigar and lit it. He then touched the match to some fireworks and a general explosion occurred, which set the house on fire, consuming it and one adjoining. A number of people were in the building, but all escaped except Mrs. Swim, who was burned to death.
