A Demented Woman
FORT WORTH, Tex., May 7.--At 12 o’clock Thursday night Mrs. E. D. Landis of Arlington was brought to the city in demented condition by her husband and lodged in the county jail. She was very violent and there was no way other than the steps he took to control her. She was adjudged insane some time ago but her husband thought could take care of her at home. Her malady grew so violent however that it was determined to send her to the asylum and she will be taken to Terrell in a few days.
