Description: Wm. BRADLEY Kills Taylor GRISHAM.

Date: May 29 1902

Newspaper published in: Houston, MO

Tuesday afternoon late William BRADLEY, of near Yancy Mills, shot and killed Taylor GRISHAM. The news of the killing was telephoned to Rolla about midnight Tuesday and Coroner J. L. BUSKETT left early yesterday morning for the scene of the killing. At present the particulars are not known, but fairly authentic report has it that BRADLEY was in Rolla Tuesday paying off some security debts for GRISHAM and on returning to his home, about six o'clock, he found his wife and GRISHAM some distance from the house in the thicket in a compromising position he took his Winchester and fired, killing GRISHAM instantly. BRADLEY is one of the most highly respected citizens in this country and has surrendered himself to the authorities.
