Keytesville, Mo., May 22.
L. W. BERRINGER, living twelve miles north-west of Keytesville, shot and killed his son in law, William WARREN, yesterday. WARREN had been arrested three times for beating his wife and was twice fined. His trial was pending for the third offense. He had threatened to kill his wife if she testified against him again. It is supposed WARREN went to his father in law's place, where his wife was, for that purpose. BERRINGER ordered him off his premises.
