Memorial Service to honor Private Charles Madjarosy of Milton. killed in action 5 December 1944 in Germany after only 19

days of overseas duty were Sunday February 4 in Grace Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Milton Elliott.

Private Madjarosy was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Madjarosy, age 20. He attended Milton High School and worked on the family

farm until his induction in the U. S. Army, 19 May 1944 and received training at Camp Croft, South Carolina.

His older brother, Sgt. Frank Madjarosy of the Air Force stationed at Grand Island, Nebraska. He leaves three sisters,

Mrs Edward Maas of Seaford, Mrs William Welch and Miss Gladys Madjarosy, both of Milton.
