Milton Delaware 16 October 1946:
Milton is enjoying a small building boom this month. Joseph Reed is erecting a two story dwelling on Atlantic Avenue,
Harold Clendaniel has the basement dug for a dwelling on Atlantic and Berhinger Avenues, Joseph H. Walls is making three
three room apartments on the second floor of his Walls Building in the business district. James Ponder is building a store
with dwelling on the corner of Walnut and Front. The Diamond State Roller Mills have added a granary storage house at
he mill on Mulberry Street.
