Henry Mack, a negro of desperate character, has been arrested in Montgomery, charged with complicity in the murder of Amos Harris.

Richard Gaines, a Montgomery policeman, has been held in bail in $5,000 to answer a charge of complicity in the murder of Amos Harris.

The Montgomery Journal says, the following distinguished attorneys were in attendance on the Supreme Court a few days ago: Hons. Josiah Patterson, E. A. O’Neal, Luke Pryor, George S. Houston, R. D. Pickett and Thomas Watts. Tomorrow the court will take up the cases from the 24th division.
