The courts in Montgomery, Ala., adjourned in respect to the memory of the late Col. Charles I. Pollard, whose funeral took place from St. Johns church and was largely attended. The engines on the Western railway and the Montgomery and Mobile divisions will be draped in mourning thirty days.
