S. S. LYERLA, baker and grocer, was prosecuted at Alto Pass for violating the Sunday closing ordinance and was acquitted by a jury. The case will be tested in a higher court. LYERLA refuses to close on Sunday, and the villagers say he shall be prosecuted for each offense.
