NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SELL
LAND, FOR PETITION AND DIVISION
State of Alabama, Morgan County}
In Probate Court, Term Nov. 28 ‘89
In the matter of the application of B. H. Morehead for sale of Land for partition and division among the joint-owner.
Present—Hon. Electious M. Russell, Judge.
This day came B. H. Morehead of said county and presents to this court his petition in writing praying for the sale of certain lands described in said petition for the purpose of making division among the joint-owners thereof, which petition is examined by tis court and placed on file for the inspection of all concerned.
It is thereupon ordered and decreed by this court that the 30th day of December 1889 be and it is hereby appointed as a day for the hearing and consideration of said petition and the evidence to be offered in support of the same; and notice of the filing of said petition and the day above set for the hearing and consideration of the said petition and the day above set for the hearing and consideration of the said petition, is hereby ordered to be given, by publication once a week for three successive weeks in the Alabama Enquirer a newspaper published in the county of Morgan and state of Alabama, to H. C. Morehead who resides at Muddy Fork, Howard Co., Ark.; M. A. Helm and her husband W. N. Helm wo reside in the state of Texas. B. F. Morehead & Madera Morehead who reside at Weakly, Giles County, Tenn., O. B. Morehead who resides in Parker County, Texas, notifying them to be and appear before this Court on the said 30th day of December 1889, then and there to show cause, if any, why the said petition should not be granted.
