For Congress—Hon. W. S. Hill
The Progress has the pleasure of announcing Hon. W. S. Hill, of Winona, as a candidate for re-election to Congress from this, the Fourth District, subject to the action of the Democratic Party. Mr. Hill has started right in Congress. He is active on his committee assignments; gives close attention to the needs and wishes of his constituents, and has ably aided the shrewd and capable leader of the minority, Hon. John Sharp Williams, in his brilliant fights and notable victories.
