NOTICE
The State of Alabama, Morgan County}
The copartnership, heretofore existing between C. W. Dunn, W. B. Campbell and Thos. Howell, at __ey, Ala., under the name and style of “Dunn & Co.” has this day been mutually dissolved, and hereafter the business of sawing, ginning, &c., will be carried on by W. B. Campbell & Thos. Howell, the owners, under the firm name of “Campbell & Howell,” this Nov. 24th, 1890.

Estate of W. W. Peck Dec’d in Probate Court}
Letters testamentary under the last Will and Testament of said deceased having been granted to the undersigned on the 15th day of December 1890, by the Hon. E. M. Russell, Judge of Probate court of Morgan county, notice is hereby given that all claims against said estate, will be required to present the same within the time allowed by law, or that the same will be barred.

Final Settlement Notice

State of Alabama, Morgan County}
In Probate Court, Jan. 6th, 1891}
In the matter of the Estate of Angeline Conway deceased.
Present—HON. ELECTIOUS M. RUSSELL, Judge.
This day came W. H. H. Thompson, as Executor of the Will of Angeline Conway, Deceased, and present to this Court his account and vouchers, under oath and in form as required by law, for the final settlement of said estate; which are examined by the court and placed on file for the inspection of all concerned.
It is thereupon ordered and decreed by this Court that the 9th day of February 1891 be and it is hereby appointed as a day for the examination and auditing of said account and vouchers and the day appointed for the examination and auditing thereof, is hereby ordered to be given by notification once a week for three successive weeks in the Alabama Enquirer newspaper published in the county of Morgan and State of Alabama, notifying all persons interested to be and appear before this Court on the said 9th day of February 1891, if they see proper, then and there to show cause, if any, why the said account and vouchers should not be stated and allowed.
