Milton, Delaware September 27, 1919

David A. conner, aged 75 years, veteran of the Civil War, school teacher and newspaper correspondent, died suddenly at his Milton home Thursday evening, September 25 of heart disease. He was born in Federica, taught school in Kent and Sussex counties, moved to Milton 40 years ago. survived by two sons of Milton, Charles and William, both merchants, six daughters
Emma Johnson, Mrs H. K. Wagamon, Mrs George Goodwin, Mrs Fred Pepper, all of Milton, Mrs William Davidson and Mayme Conner of Philadelphia. He wrote news items for Milford Chronical and Wilmington Morning News.
