Jos. Capino Dies at Pomona Home

Joseph Capino, who has been a resident of Grand Valley for the past 32 years, and who is widely known to hundreds of people, passed away late last night at his home in Pomona district.

Coming here as he did in the early days of the valley, Mr. Capano has lived through all it's steady growth. During the time he has remained in the valley his friends have been numbered by the hundreds.

Mr. Capano is survived by his aged wife and four children.. Three sons and a daughter who now resides in Utah. The daughter was last night notified of her fathers death and will arrive in this city in time for the funeral service. Another son was killed a few years ago while employed by the D & R G yards in the city.

Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed, but the funeral will be held in the Catholic Church with father T. M. Conway officiating.
