Lewes, Delaware Friday, August 27, 1948 ;
Mrs. Eugenia Draper Marshall, age 86, widow of Captain Herschel Marshall, a Delaware Bay & River pilot, died in Tampa
Florida, Wednesday. Mrs Marshall was making her home in Tampa with her sister Mrs. B. F. Taylor. She was the mother of Lewes
Town Commissioner James Orton Marshall who she spent summers with in Lewes. Eugenia was daughter of Henry Ross Draper and Mary
Jane Bennett Draper, Slaughter Neck. Also surviving is Dr. William Virden Marshall of Rehoboth, her son. Mrs Marshall will be
buried in Lewes.
