Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 12 June 1967:

Army Sgt. Howard Lee Webb, age 24, of Rehoboth Beach, was KIA in Viet Nam Thursday his widow was informed Saturday. He is

the 26th Delawarean to died in the war. His widow, Mrs Meta G. Webb, said the Defense Department notified her he was victim of

enemy automatic weapons fire. Sgt. Webb has two sons, Bryan, age 5, and Troy, age 3, parents Lee of Wilmington, and Mary of

Lewes, two sisters Mrs Nancy Lowery and Susan of Lewes. He attended Lewes High School and last worked for Larsens service

station in Rehoboth.
