--------
For some time past the health of Rev. R. A. Timmons, presiding elder of the Decatur district, has been impaired and the church authorities deem it best for him to take a rest from ministerial duties and accordingly he has been granted a month’s furlough. Mr. Timmons is a faithful servant of the church and we sincerely hope that a short respite from his official labors will conduce to his health and that he may soon be entirely restored.—Decatur News.
