LIVE WIRE KILLS BURGLAR
-------
Prominent Young Man of
Montgomery Found Dead
-------
Nashville, Tenn., Nov. 1.—A dispatch to The Banner from Montgomery, Ala., says:
The body of James Hendricks, aged 22, one of the most prominent young men in Montgomery, was found on the shed over the American National bank this morning. Beside him were burglar tools, a stick of dynamite and in this pocket was a pistol. He was killed while trying to cut an electric wire that ran into the bank. Hendricks had a splendid position and there is great mystery surrounding the finding of his body and the burglar’s tools. It is believed that he was used as a tool and that others may be implicated.
